Tested with https://example.com: the scan gave grade F and showed for each header what is missing (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy) with an explanation. The site loads Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare analytics. English-language interface (unless stated otherwise). No account needed.
